I can't say enough about this product. I got it for my daughter, replacing her older Nano and she has been thrillled from day one. We have had absolutely no issues. The picture is so clear and the unit works perfectly for her needs and she uses it ALOT! An excellent product all around. She loves being able to view videos and they come across wonderfully. Bought my first, always have it with me. I use my own Shure ear phones since the ones that come with this aren't that comfortable (my kids are fine with them, though).
LOVE the interface. Easy to use, crisp screen, great sound.
Bought the 4GB for my daughter within a week of buying this one.
Will buy another.

I just love my ipod nano, it's the cutest little mp3 player.. I thought that i had a problem with it, but i guess the battery was just really dead.. Doesn't matter because the problem was solved.. I would have to say that this is ipod was money well spent.. I am actually thinking about buying one for my husband..

The Nano works great for downloading/playing music. It downloads quickly, the sound is great even with the small earbuds that came with it, holds a charge well (after initial charge, I used the Nano for over 3 weeks before it needed a recharge). My only comment is the instructions are very cursory and there's a lot that's not covered in them.Customer Review: Great product.

After my wife broke her Ipod shuffle, we started looking for an upgrade. After a bit of poking around, we found an excellent deal on a new Ipod nano. Do not pay full price from Apple or any other retailer. Do a little shopping around and you are sure to find a better price. Highly recommend getting some kind of case for it as well.
