I can't complain. This little device is a life saver. I'm a student who works full time and I never have time to sit down and let my computer recharge my iPod. When I do have time I completely forget. So this device comes in handy. I usually use it at work where I could let it charge for an hour or so without someone stealing my iPod. Vacations and long weekends in Orlando use to be great except for the part where I had to pack my Laptop (the thing weighs 10 pounds) so that I could charge my iPod. Now I save space and weight with the power adapter.Customer Review: Quality product in a small form factor.

I'm generally impressed with this little charger. It appears to be genuine Apple merchandise, at least when purchased from AccessoryOne. When I first plugged it in, it made a faint buzzing noise, but the sound did not impact its performance. Since being plugged in for a while, the noise seems to have gone away. The product does exactly what it says - acts as a USB charging block for your iPod or iPhone. I have no real complaints, however I docked a star for a slightly loose fit in an outlet and a slight buzzing noise produced by the product.Customer Review: Works like a charm iphone2

I purchased this item from Amazon. My purchase price was almost ten dollars, still cheaper than Apple. Mine works perfectly on my Apple iphone2. Appears well constructed. I don't know what is going on with the other peoples purchase. I think the seller did a switch at some point.
If I had seen the above reviews, I would have run to the hills. I know that Apple is way overpriced for their products. I have seen good quality Belkin power adapter with foldable plugs at big box stores for a reasonable price. Hope this helps.

Ordered from CCMAccessories as I've purchased a great deal of cellular phone accessories from them in the past.
Mine has the green dot and no mis-spellings on the back of the plug. Seems 'genuine'. The cord is probably a knock-off, as the one I have with my 1GEN iPod Touch has the apple symbol under one of the ends.
Used twice without problems thus far. Quickly charges my 1GEN Touch. Would buy another! It's QUITE CONVENIENT to be able to charge without the means of a computer or usb port. :)

This product had the little green dot that Apple products have, but didn't work at all!! I thought maybe it was me or the wall plug, but I've tried it over and over in different situations and it never charged the battery. It looks like it is when its plugged in and the battery shows full, but it goes dead within 5 minutes. I know the battery in my phone works because I can charge it through my computer. I don't want to purchase any other products through 3rd parties anymore, not worth the hassle or savings. Boo!
