The product is useful, and in my opinion a must have because your not gonna always have a computer or laptop handy with you if your ipod runs out of battery. But...
I just think the price is a little much, i believe it should cost no more than 15 dollars, especially when this usb adapter should be included with the ipod in the first place.
But other than the price, its a good product.

The adapter worked as advertised. It should be mentioned that the USB cord was necessary to connect my iPod Mini to the Power Adapter.
I really don't understand why Apple does not include this as a standard accessory.
I'm tempted to suggest a generic brand adapter for a fraction of the price.
Overall satisfied, but wondering if I paid top dollar only for the Apple name.

This charger is great! It plugs into a regular outlet, and you just use your USB cord for your iPod to connect it. It's great for charging in hotel rooms on vacation, or if you don't want to hassle with the computer. Just plug it in. Also good if you want to use your iPod, but it's low on battery, and you don't want to sit by the computer. Just plug it in next to your favorite chair.Customer Review: A MUST for your iPod

Without question, this should be included in the purchase of an iPod. I think it's a disgrace that it isn't, but having said that -- by all means, get this power adapter unless you want to carry your laptop with you every time you travel. The USB Power Adapter for iPod is very handy, and its A/C Plug easily folds away for a smooth item to pack. It's hard to beat an original Apple Product (that was sold as part of my 20 GB iPod) such as this. Further this Adapter maks a perfect companion for the USB power adapter Cord / and Cradle sold with most newer iPod products. It's a real winner, and worth the extra money.
