The Ipod+Nike sports kit is easy to use and more accurate than most pedometers available on the market. The features available at the nike website make running or walking more interesting. There you can track your improovement, define goals and be a part of online chalences. If you have a compatible ipod and is willing to get in gear it is a really great purchase.Customer Review: Why would anyone buy this?

I do not own one of these. I was considering buying one until I found out that it cannot be recharged nor can the batteries be replaced. Why would anyone buy in to such a scam? I would suggest just getting a nice pedometer for the same price that you can continue to use for years. Apple should really go back to the drawing board on this one.Customer Review: Amazing

I was really surpised how easily it was to use. I just hooked it up, calibrated it and was able to use it immediately. The only thing was I didn't immediately know about the nikeplus.com linkup because it isn't mentioned at all in the insert that comes with the device. But I soon figured it out and it has become a huge part of my training.Customer Review: If it worked, it would be cool.

This gadget has really been hit or miss for me. Sometimes it works, other times it claims I ran 10 miles at 6 minutes per mile. From the minute I inserted it into my shoe I have had problems with the IPOD receiving a signal from the shoe insert. I bought the sport kit, bought the shoes, had the iPod. It all works together very seamlessly. Set it up, run, sync your iPod and it loads up all your information, how long in minutes, miles, pace, calories. Very very cool. It was my mother's day present to myself. Apple comes through again.
