Customer Review: Absolute Disgrace and Waaaaay Over-Priced

I am going to apologize in advance to all the empassioned Apple fanatics. I have (somewhat) learned my lesson: in an earlier review I lauded the 20 gig IPOD's "user-friendliness", but I ended up writing a (on the balance) negative review of the 20 gig IPOD due to, IMHO, the *UNFORGIVEABLE* fact that the battery is not user serviceable -- and my e-mail box felt the pain of the flames ; )
Now I am here to tell you that this thing sucks too. And it sucks, as they say: BIG TIME!
Here's the deal...
1) Yeah it feels substantial
2) Yeah it supports and comes with bases for both the 20G and 40G models
3) BUT --- yes, yes, yes, BUT!: the stupid thing only comes with the dock -- IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE WIRES REQUIRED TO ATTACH THIS INSANELY POORLY THOUGHT OUT DEVICE FROMTHE IPOD TO THE PC.
For the 2nd time in 6 months I have been gouged by Apple.
Listen closey Mr. Jobs: never again. Yes that's right, I said, "NEVER AGAIN!".
