Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Apple Airport Express MB321LL/A [NEWEST VERSION]Customer Review: Extend Wireless is Perfect, But not Printer Summary: 3 Stars
I bought this product for two resons. First, I want to extend My Wireless Network to cover my home. Which was done perfictly and withen 2 Min using Airport Utility. I tried it with Netgeer and Speedtuch and it worked will.
The other parts is USB printer port. I configure every thing but I can print only one file , after that I get error in Printing and I have to restart the Airport Express and it goes will again.
Customer Review: Airport works Summary: 4 Stars
I bought the airport partly so I could stream music to my home stereo, partly to extend my N network.
It works fine. I've never had a problem with it. I've surfed the net while streaming music to the stereo, it just works.
The only shortcoming is it does not have 5ghz operation.
My machine is a 2ghz Pentium5 laptop... 2004 vintage, with wireless N USB. It connects at 270mbps.
Customer Review: Short life, better wireless routers are out there, check Valet Summary: 2 Stars
I am writing this after having used 2 Airport Expresses. Both died after approximately one year of use. I would recommend looking for some other router. Like most Apple products, this carries a premium price for the same (or less) performance than that of lesser priced items. I went with a Linksys Valet to replace my latest Apple disappointment, and in addition to being considerably cheaper, it was easier to set up.
Customer Review: Very Good Router--average value for money Summary: 4 Stars
I have two of these, so obviously I like them. The provide an easy-to-setup, fast wireless network as soon as you plug them in. I very much like the air-tunes feature so you can stream music to your speakers w/o having your computer plugged into the receiver.
My only real complaint is that there's no ethernet ports on it. If you have a Netflix ready device that doesn't do wireless, you're out of luck.
Customer Review: Easy to get help from Apple Summary: 5 Stars
Bought this to add to existing Apple Airport Extreme to extend range and play iTunes upstairs. Had a problem with setup, called Apple and a very helpful and knowledgable (US based I believe) person, walk me though the steps (I had missed one) and even waited while I did a couple of reboots of the device. The best support anywhere and the device worked as advertised extending my .n network and playing music easily.
