This is a great little product. I have a Macbook Pro so set up was extremely easy but my roommate was also able to set it up easily on her PC. Connection is fast and reliable though admittedly I do live in a cramped Manhattan apartment. I love the ability to stream music to my stereo through Itunes which was a major seeling point for me. However, Itunes radio selection is limited and I wish I could stream some of my other radio stations using the device, which is the reason for removing a star from my grade.Customer Review: Great for travel, easy to setup

We took the Apple Airport Express with us for our Asia trip and it served us quite well. Whether it's connecting to the hotel's ethernet or to my in-law's DSL modem, Apple Airport Express ran without a problem, even with VPN. The stereo output worked nicely. The wireless range is not far, but sufficient enough for the hotel room and my in-law's condo. It's small, easy to slip into the luggage. The power plug folds in. It's attactively designed and well-built for travel. I highly recommend this product.Customer Review: "Used" Apple Airport. So?

We have a wireless network around our office and needed to add another node for a printer. Bought a "used" Airport Express on Amazon to save $30. Arrived quickly, plugged it in, done. Apple's pricing policy of not offering discounts has kept them out of the discounter fray and gives me confidence that I'm not getting some grey market look-alike even when buying "used". Once I plug an Airport in, it works seamlessly for years. I can't say more. I have better things to do than worry about my network...Customer Review: It simply works... but not as a repeater

Wanted to be able to have music in another room without a computer so I got the Airport Express. It was extremely east to set up and integrate with my iTunes to play the audio in other room.
I was also hoping to use it as a repeater for that part of the house BUT I don't have an Airport base station (I have a Linksys WRT54G) and as far as I can tell there is no way to set it up as a repeater from routers other than Apple's.
Either way, it works and was a snap to set up!

It's an Apple product so its quick integration with other Apple products (Macbook Pro, Airport N Router) was fantastic and easy to set up. Now I have this unit in bridge mode connected to my Directv HR20 for downloading VOD programming.. you cant even get an ethernet wireless bridge for less then what this versatile device costs. So its an ethernet bride and portable wireless router as well as a wireless extender for other parts of your home.
Just works and is truly versatile!
