there are different antennas on market but this one looked fancy and claim its HD. so far we dont have much HD over the air and my TV is pretty old but antena works and this is what counts. its not multidirectional as you may expect but okay anyway and grab signal as far as 50 miles.Customer Review: Works well when you get it high enough

I use it to get local HD channels that direct tv does not provide(in HD) in my local area (Medford, OR). Easy to manage size and weight. You must have line of sight to uhf towers (no tall buildings or mountains). Coaxial connector was easy. It is not that unsightly on roof.Customer Review: great DB4 multidirectional TV antenna

I was impressed by the capture of tv signal in our area for the compact size of the antenna.
But I would recommend the DB8, instead of the DB4.
I didn't have the money but the DB4 was good, there is some weak signal sometimes, but rarely. Good antenna.

I Have both the DB2 and DB4 installed in my attic. They both are very good antennas at 18 miles from the antenna farm. The DB4 seems to give a little better signal strength, but I get the same sharp picture with both antenna and the DB4 does not pick up any extra channels.Customer Review: Good HDTV Antenna

Brings in a good sharp picture. I have mine mounted in the attic and it works fine. Need to aim it carefully. Update Oct.23,2009. Found out after all the stations went to digital that my old UHF/VHF antenna worked better because I live in a rural area. So I switched back.
