This is an ideal scale for coin collectors, jewelry or any need to weigh small items under 100 grams. I used to work in an engineering lab this has a real nice instrument grade feel it is not a toy. At reasonable price you can weigh to 0.01 gram other pocket scales only weigh to 0.1 gram. Has Gram, OZ, Carat, Grain and tare weight modes very easy to use and portable. The scale came quickly, packaged well, and calibrated right out the box. The lighted display stays on all the time and tares itself when first turned on.
