I didn't have a good experienece with this product or company. The box I received was completely dented on one side. There was not a single sheet of paper, not a receipt, not a packing slip, not return instructions, Nothing! The wood was nicked in a few places and looked pretty cheap. For the price, I wasn't expecting the highest quality but I was embarrassed to give it as a gift so I returned it. After I sent an email and received return instructions, I was given 5 days to return the item or it would not be accepted. This was extended to 2 more days since I complained that I didn't receive the email right away since I was out of town. Ugh! Never again!Customer Review: Saves space and clutter

This is a sturdy valet that helps to keep all of my devices in one safe place. It is good looking and compact enough to fit on any dresser or bookshelf. The included surge protector is nice. I did not know that would be included, but very glad it was. The only problem is the space the surge protector fits in is pretty tight and makes plugging anything other than the regular shaped two or three pronged plugs tricky. Other than that tiny flaw, which can be expected based on the dimensions of the product, I am totally satisfied.Customer Review: It's Pretty Bad...

I wanted a black charging valet for the longest, and I finally found this one here for a pretty good price. Unfortunately, when I got it, the "leather" trim where the items lay was popping out because the cheap glue wasn't holding it down anymore. It does come with a power strip, but the cable is pretty short (in my opinion), so hope that your power outlet is relatively close to where you're planning on putting the valet.
Other than that, its still just "ok."

Bought this for my dad for Christmas. It is made really well compared to some others I have seen and the 5-prong power outlet is a definite plus. However, with the size and shape of some of the adapters, we can only fit 2 accessories right now. A third accessory will fit only if it has a regular plug. Other than that, it is a great buy and great gift! Real space saver as wires are tucked neatly away.Customer Review: plenty of charging space

I originally looked at the Pottery Barn version, but this is a great comparison for a better price! It has space for 4 cords to plug in & the power cord is even included. Although most likely you'd only plug 3 in. It is made nicely & the drawer is good for extra storage. It looks great on the counter & on a desk. I think it is a great product for the price!
