I picked up one of these at a local Target and was so pleased I purchased two more, online, for my wife's dashboard, which has a "shelf" for holding more stuff than my curved dash which currently only holds my cell phone. She needs lots of help organizing and maintain her "stuff" and this will be very useful in that capacity.

This thing curls up at the edges so that the wind from an open window can blow it off the dash. I cleaned the dash very well before putting it on and the edges will not lay flat. It looks bad and like I said it liable to blow off the dash. We have two other jell pads on our other vehicles and they work great, but this one is terrible.Customer Review: inadequately sticky

The pad doesn't seem to be sticky enough to hold itself to a dashboard, let alone hold anything in place. I tried rinsing it as recommended and this did not seem to help.
Friends have told me that they've used similar items with great success, so I think the concept is fine, but this one wasn't sticky enough for me to use.

Not happy with purchase, it refuses to stick to my dash and when I stuck it to centre console ( between the front chairs) it would not hold cell phone, and it kept curling up at the edges. When I tested the strength of hold with cell phone, I lifted up centre console and phone went flying into back seat. Does not work as advertised!Customer Review: It curls up

Just like mentioned in other reviews, the pad curls up. I gate it 2 start because it does grip good. But the whole curling up is really annoying since it: 1) Allows dirt to get under the pad thus reducing the interval of time between washes. 2) Reduces space for putting objects. 3) looks bad!
