Customer Review: STOP IT NOW!! HOW DO I TURN IT OFF!!!

I can not shut the damn thing down!! I exit and it just re-starts. I kill the Aluratek.exe process (two of them by the way) in Windows Task Manager and the darn thing continually restarts itself!
It also continues to open and close the file folder created for the USB drive the Aluratek application uses!
WHAT A PIECE OF GARBAGE!
I bought it from eBay on a daily special for 10 dollars and it is a complete waste!
I should charge eBay and "BUY The Internet Super Store" another 20 dollars for wasting my time!This thing is COMPLETELY unusable!
RUN AWAY SCREAMING!!

I purchased this item from "BUY The Internet Super Store" via eBay and after complaining to them about this item, they PROMPTLY and professionally responded and issued a refund.
The product may be junk but the service form "BUY The Internet Super Store" certainly was not.
