Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of A-DATA Class 6 SDHC Flash Memory CardCustomer Review: Another failed card Summary: 1 Stars
I needed to add my voice of warning.
Had a 16gb card. Failed within first 2 months of light usage on a SD camcorder. Lost my baby pictures and videos.
Paid for professional data recovery.
Good news is that adata very happily gave me a new card under warranty. Bad news is that I cannot use the new card for anything meaningful since I cannot trust it and do not want to pay hundreds more for a another data recovery!
Just wanted to add my voice of warning.
Customer Review: Stay Away from this monster - Does not format Summary: 1 Stars
Yes - I do have a SDHC aware device. I tried copying a 4 GB iso to the 16GB Adata Flash after taking it out of the packaging to test the transfer speed.
After sometime Windows threw up an error which read something like delayed write failed.
After that I tried format it at least 20 times and in each case - I got an error that the Flash was write protected although the Write Protect lock was not set.
Keep away from this device like plague.
Customer Review: Nice product in quite attractive price Summary: 5 Stars
I purchased one card for my Canon HF100 video camera. Curently - no any problems! It runs great on the camera and it takes about 1G per minute to copy files to my PC - via card reader. What else? Very attractive price!
Small question - if someone can tell me why, if I order more than one card, via Amazon, from the same supplier, in the same order, I need to pay shipping expenses for each unit separatelly? This makes purchase of non expensive devices really unatractive!
Customer Review: Does the job in flash memory digital camcorder Summary: 5 Stars
I was a little nervous buying an unfamiliar brand of SD card (this one is manufactured in Taiwan). But the results were good! My new camcorder (Canon VIXIA HF100 Flash Memory High Definition Camcorder with 12x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom) requires a class 4 SDHC card or higher (this card is rated as class 6) and it works great. No need to spend more...
Customer Review: Great value for the money Summary: 5 Stars
This memory card is currently being used with my Olympus E-PL1. I have been using it for a month now. It works flawlessly with this camera. This is the second Adata memory card I'm using. The first one is a 32gb UDMA CF card used with my 5Dmk2. Video recording and playback works smoothly. It has not given me problems for a year which is why I felt confident buying another Adata product. I would strongly recommend this. It is great value for the money.
