Customer Review: Where's my SD card ?

I have not seen this product in order to rate it. According to the tracking information, it got delivered. That same day that it was supposedly delivered I received a second shipment on another purchase, but not the SD card.
I emailed Amazon stating I have yet to see my SD card purchase. I am still waiting for a response. Whoever is assigned to respond to email complaints must not be at their post, or do not want' to respond.
I am disappointed at Amazon for not even sending an email response.
