Customer Review: Overall, a good product but it may not fit your vehicle well

I bought this product ... the In-Car Notebook/DVD Player Travel Case ... for one of my sons to use on trips with my portable 9-inch DVD player. After using it on a few jaunts, including a 1600 mile round-trip to Disney World, here are my pros/cons for the travel case:
Pros:
- The materials are good quality
- My 9 inch DVD player fit fine within the case
- There is a small pocket in the main compartment and a second zippered compartment to hold remotes, power cables, and odds and ends
- There is a velcroed strap in the main compartment to help secure the DVD player when in use
Con:
- The straps used to secure the DVD player to your headrest(s)are not adjustable. When securing the case to the back of a headrest, it sat too low in my SUV to be viewed comfortably and to avoid bumping against my son's legs. I had to wrap the straps around the headrest in strange patterns to get the case to be even close to a normal viewing position. I'm not sure why they didn't make the straps adjustable, but it really limits the functionality of the case if your vehicle isn't "sized" to fit the straps.
Overall ... it's a good case, but it could have been so much better if they had allowed you to adjust the securing straps as needed to fit your vehicle. One-size does not necessarily fit all. If it had adjustable straps, or if it had fit well, I probably would have given this 5 stars, but as it is, I rate it at 3 stars.
