Features that would make it even more user friendly:
Voice reconition
In addition to the hand set supplied with the base unit it would be nice to have a keypaid and speakerphone in the base unit. A base unit keypad would make dialing much easer then picking up the handset to dial a number.

My rating is not so good , and depending upon the response we get from the at&t. We installed this product easily and up for a month all was well. One of the handsets stoped working, because the battery was over. I just emailed to at&t to ask how we can get another battery, because I can't find it in several websites. For the other parts, we liked this set.Customer Review: Great phones

We've used the phones for over a year now, and love these phones. I'm ordering another one now just for spares when they do start to wear out, which all phones do. I'd reconmends these to anyone looking for single line home phone system.Customer Review: VERY Short Battery Life

I picked this phone because of the 5 handsets and features. But I do wish I'd known that it eats up the batteries, which are a big extra expense.
