I bought the set to replace my old AT&T phones and I like these for their ease of use and light weight but the sound quality is terrible. If you put it on speaker phone, it doesn't get loud enough to hear over running water. The max volume on the headset is barely audible. It's like this with all 3 phones and no one has a hearing problem here. Another small complaint is that the ring tone for the intercom is the same as the ringtone for phone calls so you never know why it's ringing.Customer Review: Great Phone

We got the phone system after we had a Phillips set that broke after 3 months. We only got it with one extra handset, and decided to add another handset to our bedroom after and old phone in our bedroom broke. It was so easy to install this handset to the main base. It's the best phones we have had. If you get to close to the wireless router at times you pick up a little interferance, but overall it's a great dependable phone system.Customer Review: Great phone system

I purchased an AT&T 5 handset system locally and ordered these 2 addtional handsets on line. Intercom feature works great with 7 handsets even with 2 of them downstairs and 1 in the garage. I have hearing aids and bought these phones to mainly utilize the speaker phone feature...great surprise...the normal speaker provides excellent clarity and I don't use the speaker phone feature as much as I thought. The AT&T SL80108 DECT 6.0 Digital Cordless Expansion makes adding on to your existing AT&T cordless system very simple. We chose this system because it rated well and it was expandable. We used two phones from an older system in conjunction with the AT&T phones, but when the caller ID on one of them went out we ordered two of these expansion phones. These Phones are the best cordless phones I have ever run across. Quality is super, price is very reasonable and it is the easiest phone to learn to use. The fact that you can add multiple handsets has been a life saver. The features of intercom and ability to transfer calls from one handset to another as well as being able to have conference calls makes this purchase one of the best I have made in a long time.
