Customer Review: Great Cordless Phones at Amazon

I am a believer in Consumers Reports review of almost all things mechanical,electrical and electronic. We were using the same cordless phones for a decade and the quality was not great. I saw the review in the above magazine (these were the number 1 rated cordless phones) and ordered them from Amazon.com. as that was the only place I could find these cordless phones. All the other locations only had the previous and not upgraded phones The price was very competitive and we received "free shipment" and that took five days. We bought at one time 4 of these phones with a base station with a hard-line only and the others just need a power supply, we are very pleased with cordless phones.Customer Review: Well worth the money

After reading all the reviews about this product I decideed to purchase this product as well as the answering machine package with 4 of the same phones.
The fact that each phone has a speaker phone setup is one reason I purchased them. If I were asked what would I do to improve the set it would be to add a vibrate when ringing option so when I have it on my hip or pocket while outside in a noisy area I would be able to feel it when it rings. It is very easy to program the numbers in and all phones add them at the same time.

I bought a total of 5 phones: 2 expansion 80108's at Amazon, and 3 in the base phone set from Target. Two of 5 were dead on arrival, completely unusable! One from Target, one from Amazon. This was a giant pain but after several phonecalls and failed attempts at reprogramming the phones, AT&T sent me 2 new phones. (They did not cover my $15 shipping cost.) The phones work just fine and seem to deal better with microwave interference than my last cordless, but there is clearly a problem with quality control at AT&T.Customer Review: A phone in every room

I love these phones, easy to use and program. The sound quality is excellent and the speaker phone works very well. I bought enough phones (12), to cover all the rooms in my house, including the bathrooms plus patio and garage. When the phone rings, I reach over and answer it, no matter where I'm at. It's also great to use as an intercom around the house. My sister-in-law came to visit saw/used the phones and bought some for her house and she just loves them. This product arrived exactly as advertised, for half the price of what they wanted for it in retail stores. These were two additional handsets for our AT&T phone system, and they integrated right into our existing system with no problems. The transaction was fast and easy, and they shipped immediately and arrived as stated.
I would recommend buying from this vendor, as my experience with them has indicated they are fair and honest and have great customer service. Thank you!
