Love my BR1500. I bought a Samsung 52" HDTV, and Onkyo 806 receiver. My home is 80 years old, and we have occasionally-noticeable current fluctuations. Having invested $2500 in a TV/Receiver, I felt a good UPS that would also condition the incoming power and remove noise was a no-brainer. Rather than drop $300-$400 on a Monster brand unit, I looked to APC for a solution. Already have 2 APC tower units protecting PC's and other gear in our 2 home offices and they have been great. This is a good unit for a home-theater setup. It's not petite, but the gray case and discreet display fit right in with the rest of the gear.Customer Review: Seems like a solid product

Just a good solid piece of equipment. Gives you enough time to shut down in case of power failure. LCD screen lets you know what's going on with your power too. That is important. Protects against damaging surges and/or brown-outs. Great insurance for your equipment.Customer Review: APC BR1500LCD

I purchased this back up system to protect a 32 inch LCD TV. It may be more that I needed but I selected this model because of it`s ability to provide protection for this and any future applications. APC is the only brand I trust and use. APC quality combined with Amazon prices made this decision a no brainer. TV`s, computers or any other electronics you want to protect, with this one you can not go wrong. I highly recomend this product.
