Seems to be working fine. I have had no problems, though I have not yet tested it with the software. Shipped sooner than expected. The real test will come with the summer T-storms. The warrenty is for "blue book" value and takes 6-8 weeks if your claim is considered. Your product msut be registered and claim submitted within 10 days. Follow up is necessary.
My computer is unrecoverable after this unit became unplugged from the wall.

Had a blackout a few weeks ago, the APC jumped right in with a seamless transition to battery power, giving me time to shut the computer down.
The one downside was the battery placement was a bit difficult to figure out. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Ive always used APC surgeprotecters/battery back ups, but i needed to replace 2 of the entry level ones I had so I ordered this considering to replace the battery for each of the previous models would have cost me more than the newer/better/more powerful one here.Customer Review: Good UPS

This UPS works fine for me. We have finicky power in my building, but I seem to have enough time to log out and close anything important I am working on - sufficient for my business anyway. I have a 19" flat panel monitor and a mini tower desktop.
