Very happy with the product. Software was easy to install and Amazon delivered the product right on time.. Love the led display and functionality that comes with the unit. I monitor the wattage window during most sessions..Prior to the installation of this product, I had no idea what kind of wattage my system was consuming. I had replaced my video card with a gamer card which has its own fan for cooling and I was not sure my power supply was up for the job.. Upon installing this product and viewing the wattage window, I was pleasantly surprised that I was not using near what I thought.. I'm well within spec of the rated power supply output.. After much research, I decided to purchase this unit online, and was very pleased with the entire process, The unit arrived quickly,and in perfect condition. The only glitch was that upon installing the softwre disk that came with unit I soon discovered that it was not compatible with Windows Vista. I contacted APC and they sent me the registry key to uninstall program,which went smoothly. I later downloaded the Vista compatible version, and have had it working to pefection. It shuts down my programs flawlessly upon a blackout. I would highly recomend this unit for anyone looking for great power and surge protection for any valuable electronic devices they may own.Customer Review: Excellent Backup Power Supply

Perfect unit for my MacPro setup. Keeps the phone, computer, flat panel screen, cable modem and router all running when we get those dips and cuts from ConEd!
Had a Belkin 1100VA unit that was garbage, couldn't reliably see what the status was, battery died without me knowing until the next cutoff (and one month after warranty expiration)
Love the LCD gimmick, just push the display button to see how many watts you're using anytime - handy for checking startup and disk activity power consumptions.

I have NEVER had a problem with this unit. I have a Projector, PS3, Xbox 360, DVR, and a Pioneer 7.1 receiver hooked up to this and it runs at about 70% - 85% capacity. Had a brown out with power and it kicked in to save my projector and other devices. I just purchased another one of these for my new Samsung Plasma. I would recommend this to anyone who has a flat screen TV, computer, or home theater. The only next step from here is whole house protection or a rack mount power conditioner with battery backup from APC, but that will run you close to $1,000... or more.
If you have a nice computer, TV, or home theater just buy this, you won't regret it.

Living in central Florida in the summer time with all the daily electrical storms can really spell doom for your electronic equipement. When we bought a new 52" Sony Bravia (from Amazon of course!) we didn't want to take any chances. We were concerned that this would have enough power to handle everything in case the power was out for a while and it has done all that and more. This unit will handle all brown-outs, power outages, spikes, and blips and will run everything for almost a half-hour with the power totally off! By everything I mean: The Big flat screen TV, the stereo, CD player, DVD home theater system, and the DVR recorder all at the same time. Sweet.
