I have purchased several ergo mouse. However this one did not work for me. I purchased this thinking it will act as a joystick would but its a static joystick, the entire device have to be moved to function. I also jump from my keyboard to the mouse often, because of the joystick style I continue to knock over the tall mouse design. This might work for others that are constantly on the mouse but for the work I do, I need a different design.Customer Review: Sizing issues

I really like the design, feel and functionality of this mouse, and haven't had some of the button or clicking problems others have complained of. My main complaint is its impossible to judge what size of mouse will work before you order it. There's a large and small, and I think I may be a medium, but I don't want to return it now. Not sure how to do anything about this, but just be aware of the various sizes before you order.Customer Review: Just a different type of mouse

But still, after using it intensely for a couple of weeks, I started feeling the side of my hand (and the thumb for the button), instead of the usual pulse on normal mouses. It helps because it's a different type of movement, but it's definitely not the end of my search for the ideal ergonomic pointer gadget.Customer Review: Less pain

Very good. I took a chance on this as this was the only size available with wireless. It's a bit small for my hands (male 6', average size hands I guess), but still fits OK. The function is great. I was having problems with my wrist and arm from using the mouse took much. This mouse allows my arm and wrist to remain in a more "neutral" position and thereby reducing the strain . It is a great item for people who spend many hours daily on the computer.
